I bring over a decade of experience across talent management, organizational design, consulting, and HR business partnering, having worked with organizations including Deloitte, TD, and Sobeys. Across these environments, I have supported leaders and teams through performance challenges, role transitions, leadership development, and complex change initiatives.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and executive coaching training through Columbia University. Through Career Design Co, I bring together real-world HR experience and executive coaching to support professionals in developing clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of agency in how they move forward.
